If you're a top performer at BCL you can eventually end up taking home over £100k per annum. We offer competitive basic salaries (£23 - £28k at Associate level), alongside an uncapped monthly bonus scheme and annual super bonus scheme. Earning potential is up to £45k in year one. As a legal recruiter our prestigious list of clients will look to you to consult with them, advise on the current legal market, devise and deliver a solution. Similarly, you'll work closely with legal professionals every day, helping them to make moves that advance their careers and meet important personal goals and motivations. BE A MARKET SPECIALIST Your desk is your own business to manage and grow. Our consultants focus on a specific geographical location and set of legal practice areas, allowing them to become a true market specialist. We are currently recruiting for a desk based out of our Manchester office that focuses on recruiting lawyers at all levels into private practice roles in Dublin & Belfast. Our Ireland team has gone from strength to strength throughout 2021 and 2022 and due to expansion we're delighted to be hiring someone to join experienced Associate Director, Sean Cully.
