PI Solicitor

PI Fee Earner We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PI fee earner to join the personal injury team of a Legal 500 ranked law firm based in Derby. The firm have an excellent reputation for their work in personal injury amongst other areas which is evidenced by their glowing recommendations and their rankings in the legal directories. The role would suit an experienced fee earner that can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with claimant EL/ PL cases. You will be responsible for running your own caseload of claimant employers' liability and public liability personal injury cases of varying values as well as working on some partner files. The role would suit experienced litigators who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience handling their own caseload of personal injury claims. Ideally you will be from a claimant background and have EL/ PL experience rather than solely RTA/ motor claims.
