EL/PL Fee Earner

Casualty Fee Earner We have a great opportunity for an EL/PL Fee Earner to join this leading casualty team in Birmingham. Hybrid working The Team This leading casualty team provides a full, expert service in defending public (PL) and employers' liability (EL) claims, across the private sector and the public sector. The Role The work will be a mixed caseload of personal injury cases both fast track and multi track. You will be responsible for the running of the day to day of your cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses and undertaking your own liability investigations. Main duties and responsibilities Predominantly PI including EL, PL Comply with relevant policies and procedures Work in accordance with Weightmans' values You may also be required to carry out tasks that fall within the wider remit of the role. About You Previous experience at managing defendant EL/PL casualty claims is essential We will consider either a legal executive, or a qualified solicitor Working knowledge of PL, EL and Highways Law Experience of handling own casualty caseload Why work for Great salary flexible home working Great benefits
