Disease Solicitor This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Senior Lawyer to join a leading Disease team in Manchester. This role will provide you with a platform for you to showcase your exceptional client care and communication skills, sound judgement, confident decision-making and significant legal knowledge and expertise. You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding high value casework as you represent clients who are victims of disease. The successful candidate should have least 8 years PQE & you will have experience of running a complex, high value caseload. We are looking for a candidate who is able to deal with all aspects of running these cases from initial interview to trial. Therefore, you will need to demonstrate thorough working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with personal injury claims. An important element of the role involves mentoring and supervising other team members who run fast track disease cases and disease portal work. You will be responsible for supporting them with their cases. Therefore, experience of this plus an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge & growing talent within the wider team is essential. In addition to supporting the team, you will also have excellent networking skills, enabling you to nurture and develop relationships with clients and contributing towards business development.
