HEALTHCARE SOLICITOR - TOP LEGAL 500 FIRM This is a rare opportunity for a Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a leading team in Sheffield. Our client is a Legal 500 firm looking for a qualified, defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the team in Sheffield to handle a caseload of clinical negligence files for a range of clients including insurance companies, medical and dental defence organisations and professional organisations. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of medical and dental cases arising in various settings from the NHS, across the private sector. You will work as part of an experienced team providing a range of high-quality legal services on complex matters. You may also get the chance to get involved with healthcare inquest and advisory work. Requirements Ideally you will be a qualified Solicitor (1-5PQE) with Clinical Negligence experience (Defendant or Claimant) If you don't have Clinical Negligence Experience, applications are welcome from those with a background in Catastrophic Personal Injury (Defendant or Claimant) or those with Litigation experience.
