Healthcare Litigation Solicitor, Dublin (3 PQE+) A vacancy has arisen for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor within this leading firm's defendant clinical negligence department. Their team of defendant clinical negligence specialists work across both the public and private sectors. You will be acting on behalf of the team's broad spectrum of healthcare clients, including hospitals, doctors, nurses and their indemnifiers on clinical negligence and product liability claims, regulatory matters and inquests. The State Claims Agency and Health Service Executive are amongst its client base. Suitable applicants will either have experience of working in defendant clinical negligence, however, plaintiff/claimant clinical negligence experience or solicitors currently specialising in defendant personal injury looking to make the change will also be considered. Good analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail and strong organisational and time management skills are all essential.
