Casualty Solicitor/Legal Executive 2 YRS+ PQE Leading insurance firm have a rare opportunity for a casualty solicitor to join this successful team. You will manage a caseload, and assist other case handlers with their caseloads, of local government litigation. You will have the flexibility of working out of their Leicester or Birmingham office. Key duties and responsibilities Specialise in acting on behalf of various local authorities and insurers, Manage a caseload of litigated files including Highways Law, Occupiers Liability Employers Liability, data breach claims and Housing disrepair.
