RTA Team Leader

RTA Team Leader-Hybrid We have a role for an experienced RTA Team Leader to join an award-winning law firm that deals personal injury and clinical negligence claims. Based in Manchester, the team serve clients nationwide. The firm is currently ranked well within the Top 200 UK Law firms and are a Legal 500 Recognised Leading Firm for both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. Role Due to continued success and growth, we are currently looking for an additional RTA Lawyer to join our Road Traffic Accidents department. You will be an experienced PI Solicitor/ Cilex / or alternatively, qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for their clients. The caseload will be from cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial. Therefore, you must be an RTA Litigator who really knows the entire process. Cases will be majority fast track but there will be some exposure to multi-track work from high-quality non-CMC sources. Person Specification Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave. managing a small team Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win. Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients. Knowledge of Proclaim case management system. We rate skill and ability above all else and our recruitment policy encourages applications from all Salary, Hours & Benefits Salary up to 50k DOE with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears. Standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday. 3/2 alternative working from home pattern, after probation 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days (3 days reserved for Christmas closure of the office) 3 holiday buy backs per year after 1 year of service Extra day's holiday for your birthday after 2 years' service.
