Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1 - 6 years' PQE experience, Cheshire - A highly regarded firm have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Solicitor to join its Clinical Negligence team in the North West. JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor PQE: 1 - 6 years' PQE LOCATION: Cheshire SALARY: £35,000 to £50,0000 THE ROLE: Our client is looking for a confident and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded and successful law firm. On offer is a challenging and rewarding caseload of complex and high-value cases including matters such as, medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain & spinal injuries and amputations. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring. It is essential that candidates wishing to be considered for this role have the natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding. THE CANDIDATE: The role is best suited to Solicitors with 1 - 6 years' PQE and with a keen interest in furthering their knowledge and career within Clinical Negligence work. The post holder will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence such as witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and to medical experts.
