This is a great opportunity to work with a leading partner who specialises in claims involving profound brain injuries, cerebral palsy and other birth injury cases. The Role You will be working closely with the partner and on a caseload of interesting, complex and high value cases as well as having responsibility for your own caseload. You will also become involved in business development, management and supervision. As an experienced Claimant clinical negligence lawyer you may be looking for a new senior role or be ready to develop your career and be seeking more freedom and responsibility. You will not need a client following for this position. This role could suit an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate/Managing Associate looking to make their mark and comes with excellent prospects for professional progression. Ideally you will have experience of brain injury, obstetrics and gynaecology and/or birth injury cases, including litigated matters, on behalf of claimants, gained in another reputable clinical negligence team.
