FS Regulatory Lawyer We have a 6 Month FTC with a global leader for a senior FS Regulatory Lawyer. Fully Remote Who we're looking For: We are currently looking to recruit a Regulatory Lawyer to join this growing Financial Services Regulatory team. They are looking for candidates with 8+ years post qualification experience. The successful candidate will have gained relevant experience in a leading City firm regulatory practice or the in-house team of a leading financial institution. The role will involve primarily non-contentious regulatory advice and support to clients in the context of a broad range of Retail financial services regulatory issues. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in advising on banking, consumer credit, mortgages, financial promotions, Consumer Duty and conduct risk (or at least most of these areas), and the candidate should feel comfortable navigating through the corresponding laws and regulations within the FCA Handbook. You must have at least an upper 2nd class honours degree from an educational institution, and show experience in dealing with complex regulatory issues and that you are technically excellent in your field. Applicants should be a fully qualified UK solicitor. Experience in corporate restructure projects, buy/sell due diligence work, CCA remediation projects, Consumer Duty implementation work, financial promotion reviews, regulatory perimeter analysis, authorisation/variation of regulatory permissions, terms and conditions/customer communications reviews and unfair terms analysis preferred (or a wide combination of the above). This role can be fully remote and is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team and work with some brilliant clients. Salary very open for the right experience.
