EL/PL Fee Earner We have a new role with a leading well established defendant team based in Manchester looking for an experienced EL/PL fee Earner. The Role: * Conduct defence of a wide range of EL/PL claims for Personal Injury from the beginning of the claim up to but not including litigation * Deal with opponents, experts, statutory bodies and client by e-mail, telephone and in writing. * Negotiate on issues of liability and quantum.
