Catastrophic Injury Solicitor We are recruiting for a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor for a leading Top Tier Defendant Law Firm based in central Manchester. Agile Working available. This is a rare opportunity for a Solicitor of 0-5 years PQE to join one of the strongest teams in the country. The work will consist of brain and spinal injuries, paralysis and amputation cases arising out of the full spectrum of personal injury. The Role: Day to day you will be drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and the mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules of damages in high value matters. The work carried out by this team is extremely high value and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a Partner who is widely considered to be a leader in this field. The large Loss team handles claims reserved at a minimum of £500,000, representing around £750 million of client reserves. You Will Need: You will ideally have at least a couple of years strong, relevant experience, our client will consider candidates who are ready to qualify provided you have completed at least a seat in Catastrophic or Serious Injury.
