EL/PL Fee Earner This regional firm based in Bury town centre is keen to expand its EL/PL department with the addition of an NQ - 5 years' PQE Solicitor/ Fee Earner who is well versed with EL/PL claims . You will be running a caseload of fast track and multi-track claims and experience dealing with multi track claims is essential. Description My client is an award winning law firm with offices in north Manchester. Due to continued growth and expansion they are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their EL / PL / Clinical Negligence team. Responsibilities The role involves managing a mixed caseload of personal injury claims from instruction to settlement. Claims will fall into both fast track and multi track categories and include : * Employers Liability * Public Liability * Occupiers Liability * Clinical Negligence Qualifications The successful applicant will be technically very strong and be able to manage their own caseload. Additionally the successful candidate will be a team player and keen to contribute to the wider success of the firm by getting involved and contributing to marketing initiatives. A self starter, the appointed person will be driven to and committed to their own development and that of the firm.
