Commercial Litigation / Civil Fraud Solicitor - 12 month FTC A leading City boutique firm are looking to appoint a Civil Fraud / Commercial Litigation Fee Earner to their well regarded Commercial Disputes practice in London. The Team: This specialist practice best known for providing expert advice in business crime and regulation, civil fraud and commercial litigation. They act for governments, corporations, financial institutions, professionals, executives and high net worth individuals. They also regularly advise foreign regulators and international organisations. Many of our cases are high profile, complex and, increasingly often, international in nature. This has been been ranked as 'top tier' by the leading legal directories across its practice for many years. Its key practice areas include: anti-money laundering; bribery and corruption; commercial and trust litigation; corporate investigations, criminal antitrust (cartels); cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance); economic sanctions; financial regulation; fraud (civil and criminal); insider dealing; international asset-tracing and tax investigations. The Opportunity: The candidate should have experience in a civil fraud and/or commercial litigation. You will have experience in Commercial Litigation/ Civil fraud.
