In order to be considered for this role you must have experience of civil litigation claims and experience of prison/coronal law and clinical negligence claims is desirable. What you will need The role will be client facing, and it will also include managerial responsibilities providing the opportunity to develop skills in business reporting. Experience of dealing with deaths in custody and Article 2 Inquests is desirable and experience of advocacy in a Coronial setting would be advantageous but not essential. The successful solicitor will have experience of dealing with police malfeasance work including false imprisonment, malicious prosecution; assault and battery; entry to premises; seizure of property; misfeasance in a public office; and negligence would be advantageous but not essential. Whilst support will be provided the applicants must be able to work independently. Excellent salary and benefits for the successful candidate.
