Solicitor-Advocate. We have an In House Counsel role at a specialist PI practice based in the heart of Manchester. This is rare opening for an experienced and talented Solicitor-Advocate to join this leading PI team who is interested in taking more of a focus on advocacy rather than fee earning. The Role: You will be a qualified solicitor ideally with a strong background in advocacy. You will have a background in Personal Injury work and have advocated on the same. You will be working alongside the senior solicitors and fee earners within the Personal Injury team and conduct advocacy on these files on a daily basis. The Solicitor Advocate will draft pleadings and court documents including but not limited to Schedule of Loss in low to medium valued Multi Track cases and provide written advice on cases. This is a leading Manchester firm with a solid team offering great quality work. The Package: You'll be rewarded with a competitive market leading salary, along with a generous benefits package.
