RTA Solicitor

Defendant Solicitor We have an exciting new opportunity for a PI Solicitor to join a niche but well established PI law firm in central Manchester, salary to 35k plus bonus. The Role: As an RTA Fee Earner/Solicitor you will be handling a caseload of fast track files litigated files. You will be a Solicitor/ Fee Earner and able to run a caseload autonomously. Duties will include: Research using internal resources · Working to court, client and internal deadlines · Advocacy · Reporting to insurers · Writing letters negotiating settlements · Drafting Court documents · Diary Management · Use of in-house case management system · Keeping in constant touch with the clients to ensure communication and continuous work flow. The successful candidate will have good CPR knowledge and well versed in issuing proceedings. The Firm: This firm offers good quality work within a stable working environment.
