RTA Litigator-Agile Working This is a fantastic opportunity for an RTA Litigator to join a top 100 law firm based in Wakefield. They are looking to hire a Fee Earner into their growing Technical Team. The Role You will manage a caseload of Litigated RTA Fast Track cases. You will have previous experience of managing your own caseload of Litigated Personal Injury Claims and a good understanding of the CPR and litigation processes. You will be competent working with a case management system and have good knowledge of Excel and Word. You are comfortable being accountable for achieving objectives in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of work quality and client care. Excellent negotiator with strong communication skills are essential, along with good attention to detail and organisational skills. Salary £26,332 - £39,498 per annum.
