Clinical Negligence Solicitor We have a brilliant opportunity at a top tier law firm with a market-leading reputation for clinical negligence work. The role will be based in their Sheffield office but happy for someone to work fully remote and go to the office when required. The Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor 0-4 yeas PQE to join the team. You will be a Solicitor with a background in clinical negligence during their training and/or post qualification. Candidates should be familiar with working on cases both pre and post proceedings. This new Clinical Negligence solicitor will join its specialist team dealing with a wide variety of work including high value, complex birth injury claims (including injury to both mother and baby), spinal injury claims, surgical claims (including cosmetic procedures), orthopaedic claims, fatal accident claims, delay in diagnosis or delay in treatment and incorrect or inappropriate treatment. The successful Solicitor would take up the opportunity to handle their own caseload and to assist on more complex cases to help build knowledge and skills. Applicants are welcome from candidates with claimant clinical negligence experience who are able to demonstrate a proven record of handling their own litigated cases. The partner is happy to consider upwards of 0-4 years experience.
