In House Property Lawyer - National Property Developer - East Midlands (Very Flexible) Are you a Property Lawyer, with experience in advising on commercial or housing developments, interested in taking a step back from the day to day churn of acquisitions, disposals, leases and finances, and instead, turning your hand to a project management role, where you would play a vital role in providing strategic guidance, and overseeing the delivery of a huge pipeline of development schemes? Reporting into the Head of Property, you will be adding genuine value to the business by ensuring that you are managing the development schemes, so that they are progressing and delivered on time. This role is not about taking instructions off your client & instead, is all about how you find solutions for the business. The role will be suitable for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer, who is interested in being part of the commercial function and a trusted advisor to the business. You will need a strong grasp of the fundamentals Property Law and experience of acting on developments. The role will allow you to work from home 4 days per week, with 1 day per week in the East Midlands office. The package includes a generous base salary, discretionary bonus, pension, 25 days holiday (which increases by 1 day a year, capped at 28 days) plus bank holidays, plus other add ons.
