In House IT/Technology Lawyer - Global Brand

Are you a Commercial Lawyer with a focus on IT/Technology matters, wanting a high degree of exposure to complex and stimulating technology matters? The business is recruiting multiple lawyers at different levels so there is no set PQE requirement. You will be working within a fantastic infrastructure within the In-house Commercial legal team, advising key stakeholders and the various business divisions on the technology issues arising out of the businesses project work for its key clients, which include global banks, world renowned tech companies, global retailers and global sporting organisations. You will be trusted with a high degree of autonomy in negotiating and advising on UK and international technology, software licences and SaaS contracts and high value IT implementation projects. You will be working alongside key stakeholders across the various business units, who will need your advice to be commercial, pragmatic and useable. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer or an IT/Technology Lawyer to utilise and develop their skillset and take the lead on advising the business on technology matters, with the support of a very well established in-house legal team.
