In House Commercial Lawyer 1-4 PQE - East Midlands – Hybrid I am working with a well-established, well respected East Midlands employer, that have a fantastic culture and supportive environment to really shout about! The organisation is scaling and driving growth via offering new exciting products to its customer base and require an Commercial Lawyer that will help drive that growth. Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will assist on: · Negotiations of commercial contracts with customers and suppliers; · Advising broadly on legal risk and compliance; · Advising on matters such as Consumer Credit and GDPR; and · Managing stakeholder relationships across the business and external law firms. The role is appropriate for a lawyer interested in developing their knowledge and skills under the support of a fantastic Head of Legal, who has an great level of influence at senior leadership level, presenting an opportunity for you to really learn & absorb! You will have experience in either Commercial contracts or Corporate M&A matters and be trusted with a high level of trust from the outset but with the required support! The package includes an attractive salary, up to c. 10% bonus, pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Some office contact will be required in the East Midlands HQ 2 days per week.
