Legal Counsel - Recognised Brand - 80% remote

We're working with a household name which is a key partner to other instantly recognisable companies and brands in a variety of different sectors. This business a top player in its market and seeking a commercial lawyer to handle a range of commercial law matters and be involved in exciting project work. Working alongside the senior lawyers in the organisation, you will have responsibility for assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders, to advising on strategic projects. The ability to draft, review & negotiate commercial contracts for goods or services is a pre-requisite. Those seeking their first in-house move are encouraged to apply as this would give fantastic learning and exposure but in a caring and supportive team. The business is very flexible around hybrid working, looking for 1 day per week in either the West Midlands or East Midlands office.
