Are you a NQ-3 PQE Commercial Property Lawyer with residential development experience, interested in a very rare and exciting opportunity to take a step back from doing your day to day transactional work and instead apply your knowledge in a more strategic advisory role? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to help shape and mould the business' approach to it's property portfolio. Working in a friendly team and reporting into the highly experienced Senior Property Lawyers, you will be assisting on: - acquisitions and disposals; - reporting on title issues in respect of residential developments; - close interaction with and managing / directing the businesses external law firms; - advice on Management Company matters; and - occasional advice on Landlord & Tenant and Real Estate Finance matters. Personality wise, you will be someone who enjoys taking initiative, and who wants to have a true impact and influence on strategy! You will have received good training in relation to residential development matters and have a good core understanding of commercial property law.
