12 Month FTC, Commercial Lawyer - starts September/October

A great 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for the immediately available interim commercial lawyers! An international Midlands based business is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis for a period of 12 months. Working in a team with other senior commercial lawyers, you will draft and review a variety of supplier and customer contracts, IT agreements, and advise on GDPR and Intellectual Property. Applications are invited from Commercial Lawyers with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements including supplier contracts and T&Cs. You will be able to work autonomously and be confident in hitting the ground running with an interim assignment. You will need to have in-house commercial contracts experience in a services environment, and it is likely the successful individual will have more than 4 years PQE, but all applications will be considered. The business is based in West Midlands but can offer a large degree of flexible working and working from home, with 2-3 day per week required in the West Midlands office. The salary is up to six figures depending on experience.
