This Company Commercial role is offered on a full time, permanent basis (with flexible and agile options) This Company Commercial opportunity is to work as part of a well known commercial team advising a broad range of technology, digital and media businesses. The team is led by a highly rated technology and commercial lawyer with a number of excellent lawyers. The right Company Commercial Lawyer would be involved in a range of versatile work in commercial contracts but also corporate aspects as required. As well as the broad commercial contracts aspects you would have the ability to deal with share structures, shareholders agreements, some aspects of acquisitions and sales as well as a range of commercial and technology related agreements. This role has come about through the success and continued growth of the business.
