Residential Conveyancer- Knaresborough The Firm: -Long established North Yorkshire law firm -Friendly and approachable team which is growing from strength to strength -Focuses on quality high value work The Role: -You will be working as Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer running the full remit of conveyancing transactions with one on one support from a conveyancing assistant -The caseload is manageable and varied which will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Re-mortgages * Leasehold flats * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity Requirements: -Must be able to deal with both sale and purchase files -A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer will be considered -Keen desire to work within a traditional North Yorkshire law firm Benefits: -Competitive salary DOE -Full or part-time hours -Clear progression route For more information regarding this conveyancing role please call Katherine Scarff at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
