Residential Conveyancer- Wakefield or York A conveyncer t is sought to join a Legal 500 regional law firm in York or Wakefield. With over 200 staff in 12 practice areas it offers the full range of services to organisations and the individual. This multi-award winning firm is seeking a residential conveyancer to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have around 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing and be able to handle a diverse caseload. The role is varied and will include: - Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; - New build; - Remortgages; - Transfers of Equity; It is essential that you have proven experience of running all aspects of a residential property caseload.
