Part-time Residential Conveyancer

Part-time Residential Conveyancer Leading established law firm with two offices is recruiting a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced conveyancer to join its team in York. This is a rare part-time opportunity to work 3 days per week alongside the Head of Property in a close knit and friendly team. Ideally you will have over 3 years experience however our client is willing to consider anyone who has strong experience in handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion. Our client is currently looking for an experienced conveyancer who has been handling a caseload and is able to build good client relationships in a busy environment. You will be working within a firm that has been built up over many years and in a firm that prides itself on offering an excellent service. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of dealing with a high volume of residential property files and be able to communicate on all levels.
