Residential Conveyancer-Leeds, Birstall or Batley The Firm: -Long established regional law firm with multiple offices across Yorkshire -Client focussed offering a wide range of services to both individuals and businesses -Collaborative and supportive team The Role: -You will be running a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion which will be varied and include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Remortgages * Leasehold flats * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity -You will be liaising with clients over the phone and face to face building long lasting relationships Requirements: -Experienced in running a residential property caseload from inception through to completion -Ability to build long lasting relationships -A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a conveyancer will be considered -Keen desire to work within a reputable law firm Benefits: -Highly competitive salary -Some flexibility with hours if needed -Opportunity to work within a long established full service firm If you're interested in this role, please apply now or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us.
