Family Associate - Leeds The Firm: -Family teams ranked Tier 1 in Legal 500 and Band 2 in Chambers -Recognised as one of the largest family law teams in Leeds -The team is experienced in matters relating to divorce / dissolution financial settlements, nuptial agreements, Trust of Land claims, private children disputes, arbitration, mediation and surrogacy The Role: -You will manage your own caseload primarily and benefit from the support of both junior and senior colleagues, to support excellent client service as well as your own growth and development -You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and networking, with support and resources both within the team and firm wide Requirements: -Must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE experience -You will be a technical specialist, adept and experienced at working on both complex and high value matters -If joining as a Senior Associate, you will also need to demonstrate your experience of supporting the technical development of junior team members and engaging in business development activity -Motivated, a team player, commercially minded, calm under pressure and be able to work equally well autonomously and collaboratively Benefits: -Ability to work from home 2-3 days per week -25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and your birthday off (with the option to buy or sell holiday) -Medical Cash plan -Profit share scheme -Volunteer days -Pension and Life Assurance For more information regarding this opportunity please call Katherine Scarff at BCL Legal BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
