Residential Conveyancer- Knaresborough The Role: -You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer keen to join a firm with a more traditional set up -The role will involve being fully supported in handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion -You will be exposed to a wide variety of conveyancing transactions and some commercial property files -The caseload is varied and will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Re-mortgages * Leasehold flats * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity Requirements: -It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of handling your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision -Client care is at the forefront of everything it does so good communication skills are key Benefits: -Opportunity to work within a highly sought after long established Yorkshire law firm -This is a great opportunity for a residential conveyancer to work within a close knit, well structured and highly supportive team offering a good work/life balance -Flexible hours and 4 days per week -Progression into commercial property Apply now For immediate consideration or for more information apply now or contact Katherine directly on or 07530737186.
