Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Lawyer to join a large and thriving Bristol based real estate team specialising in investment work. The role: The firm has a national Commercial Property team, which is highly regarded in all regions. As part of this role you will be working alongside three Partners who specialise in investment property management. The team are looking for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to work with the existing offering to handle development files matters for registered providers and commercial developers and housebuilders. This role will develop your technical and client management skills, allowing you access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set. Business development activities are supported and encouraged. Requirements: - 5+ years PQE - Previously gained experience in a leading property practice - A strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement - Able to demonstrate initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills The firm are looking for a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others. You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development within this team.
