This firm is growing at an incredible rate and now would be the perfect time to join, the role has come about due to an influx in work. The commercial property team have a great presence across the Midlands and further a field. If successful, you will be invited to join the Worcester office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious commercial property solicitor to join a great firm where you will be able to make your mark within the firm and wider area. The work that you will be getting involved with includes:- - General commercial transactional property work - Acquisitions - Leases - Funding The Commercial Property team has a wide range of clients from SME's to much larger organisations and in a variety of businesses from Developers to the Manufacturing Industry. The role would suit someone 2 years plus PQE or equivalent Commercial Property experience ideally with Worcestershire knowledge and/or willingness to network in that area. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to build up their case load working alongside experienced Directors and developing relationships with their contacts in Worcester and making their own. The firm would also consider more junior lawyers with a view to training and growing them in house.
