Family Solicitor

Family Solicitor BCL is assisting an established firm in Stratford upon Avon in their recruitment for a family law solicitor. The successful family law solicitor will be exposed to a varied family law case load and will be involved in all aspects of such matters, running cases from inception to completion. This is a great opportunity for a family solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career and who is genuinely looking to progress quickly into a more managerial role. As the successful candidate you will be working on a mixed caseload including:- - divorce and ancillary relief - private and public children matters, - cohabitation matters, - domestic violence. You will either be qualified with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives or a solicitor and have 3 years' PQE. This will also suit you if you are hardworking and conscientious. You will also have the chance to take part in business development and win business.
