Employment Solicitor |York We are working with a well established full service law firm in York to find them another junior employment lawyer to join the team. The role - Work closely with an experienced partner as part of a small team - Genuinely broad mix of both contentious and non contentious employment law matters on behalf of both applicants and respondents - Friendly and inclusive working environment - Get involved in the full range of Tribunal cases, alongside other contentious matters and advisory work around contracts, policies, settlement agreements, redundancy etc - Provide day-to-day HR support to retained clients - Get involved in business development activities About you - You will be a junior Employment fee earner who is looking for a supportive small team in which to further build your skills - You will have around 1 or 2 years' experience, or maybe more, and feel comfortable to get on with straightforward matters on your own with minimum supervision - You will be looking for somewhere you can also assist on more complex matters and build your skills and confidence with the right level of support - You may be a Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal A competitive salary and benefits is on offer for the successful applicant, together with a hybrid working model and free parking on site.
