Our client's Risk and Regulatory team plays a fundamental part in the firms operational activity and due to its continued success are now looking to for an additional Compliance and Onboarding Analyst. With significant changes affecting the legal profession, this firm is paving the way for innovative compliance and risk management procedures, with one of the most innovative and technically excellent teams in Yorkshire. They recruit people who can think independently, engage with colleagues at all levels and help to further integrate risk management processes into the culture of the firm. The Role Reporting into the Head of Risk and Regulatory you will: Identify, analyse and resolve any conflicts of interest to stakeholders of the firm. You will work in close collaboration with the wider team on all aspects of Anti Money Laundering and Due Diligence in addition to advising on and dealing with client and third party complaints. You will also provide advice on adhering with the Solicitors Code of Conduct. About you: To be considered for this role, you will need significant experience of working in a Legal risk & compliance role, preferably within a law firm, with excellent written & verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills, strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a knowledge of both Data Protection law and Financial Conduct Authority legislation. In addition you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of AML and be an effective trouble-shooter.
