Our client, a well-regarded law firm has an opening for an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position as a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor with an award winning team that is growing quickly. The team acts for clients on a wide range of Property Dispute Matters including contentious property matters and work with some well-known brands across the food, financial services and retail sectors. The Role This expert Property Disputes team, has experienced significant growth and is continuing to do so. As the newly appointed Property Litigation Senior Associate you would be expected to: ·Handle a varied caseload of high quality work ·Predominantly commercial property related, covering all areas of freehold, leasehold and landlord & tenant disputes ·Work closely with the Commercial Property team to further develop clients and cross-refer ·Supervise more junior fee earners within the team ·Take up a key role in the further development of the team About you As the newly appointed Property Litigation Solicitor you will have: ·At least 4 or 5 Years' PQE in Property Dispute matters ·The ability to work unsupervised and be confident managing a varied caseload ·Experience in supervising more junior fee earners and be keen to do this ·Excellent communication skills and play an active part in business development and client management If you'd like to find out more about this senior Property Litigation opportunity, please get in touch and we can arrange a call.
