The workload will be predominantly respondent focused, acting for Employers and you will advise on breach of contract, dismissals, disciplinary, redundancy matters and settlement agreements etc. Candidate The successful candidate will be demonstrate previous experience of handling their own caseloads of respondent employment matters including, representing employers in employment tribunals and courts. You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience in Defendant Employment Law. In addition you will be able to work independently and as part of a team looking for an opportunity where you can catapult your career in Employment Law.
