This popular medium sized regional commercial firm is based in a very pretty market town in North Yorkshire and is now looking to recruit a commercial litigation solicitor to join the small team. This is a firm which is well known for promoting its lawyers and only last year made up 5 senior associates to partner. Everyone in the firm takes a key role in networking and marketing, and works together as a team to help grow the practice. They are a self-motivated and sociable group of lawyers working together in a collaborative environment. They are looking to recruit a commercial litigation solicitor, with up to 5 years' PQE. The work they do is an interesting mix of contractual disputes, real estate disputes, sports-related disputes, insolvency disputes, shareholder & directors disputes and a range of alternative dispute resolution. They act on behalf of national & international corporate clients, charities, sporting bodies, entrepreneurs, family estates, insolvency practitioners and insurers. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in commercial litigation work, but also key is a degree of self-motivation & drive alongside social skills.
