Our client's Risk and Regulatory team plays a fundamental part in the firms operational activity and due to its continued success are now looking to for an additional Quality and Compliance Auditor Benefits As the newly appointed Quality and Compliance Auditor you will benefit from: A competitive starting salary plus comprehensive benefits package. The chance to work for a leading Yorkshire Law firm that puts CSR at the forefront of everything they do The Role Reporting into the Head of Risk and Regulatory you will: Identify, analyse and resolve any conflicts of interest to stakeholders of the firm. Work in close collaboration with the wider team on all aspects of Anti Money Laundering and Due Diligence in addition to advising on and dealing with client and third party complaints. Undertake fee earner file reviews Prepare and perform internal quality audits in line with the Risk Audit Schedule You will also provide advice on adhering with the Solicitors Code of Conduct. About you: To be considered for this role, you will need significant experience of working in a Legal risk & compliance role, preferably within a law firm, with excellent written & verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills, strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and a knowledge of both Data Protection law and Financial Conduct Authority legislation. In addition you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of AML and be an effective trouble-shooter. ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor or similar audit qualification is preferred in addition to access to your own transport as the role will require travel to the firms other offices.
