The Team The team is experienced in dealing with international transactions as well as UK deals, including acquisitions of overseas businesses and disposals of UK companies to international buyers. The Opportunity Join a team of corporate finance specialists who advise on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, acting for sellers and buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds. About You You will need: * to be 3+ PQE ( 6+ PQE for senior associate role) with experience from a well-regarded city, regional or national firm * to be a qualified solicitor * to have a well-developed knowledge in all areas of corporate transactions. You would be expected to play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients. Full or part time hours considered.
