The firm has a strong regional presence and are seeking a Family Solicitor to join their thriving team to work on a varied and plentiful caseload. The Family Solicitor vacancy is offered on a full time permanent basis with a comprehensive benefits package. The Role: As a Family Solicitor you would: - Handle a varied caseload including divorce proceedings, financial aspects of a divorce, Child Arrangement Applications, dissolutions of Civil Partnerships and Pre Nuptial Agreements. - Be keen to participate in the growth and future development of the firm. - Work with a team which has a well established case load and strong reputation with clients. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this Family law vacancy, you will have: - A minimum of 3 year's PQE in family law. - A good teamwork ethic to work alongside the team and Head of Department. - An interest in business development. - Excellent client care skills. - The ability to work under pressure. - A willingness to undertake individual advocacy. - A good level of attention to detail.
