The Role As a private client Senior Associate / Legal Director you would: - Have the opportunity to join a multi award winning firm that advises on a wide range of contentious property matters. - Work with a dynamic market leading team dealing with exceptionally high quality work. - Run and manage files and delegating to and supervise trainees, junior lawyers and Paralegals when appropriate. - Advise on a wide range of cases including ; lifetime gifts, estate plans and taxation issues relating to inter - generational transfer strategies. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have: -A minimum of 6 year's PQE with a well regarded city, regional or national firm. -Knowledge of all aspects of private client and succession planning. -A strong academic background. -Strong communication skills. -The ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong drafting and analytical skills.
