The firm has a strong regional presence and are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving team to work on a varied and plentiful caseload. The Corporate Solicitor vacancy is offered on a full time permanent basis with a comprehensive benefits package. The Role: As a Corporate Solicitor you would: - Handle a varied caseload including corporate MA, corporate restructuring, MBO's and corporate governance work. - Be keen to participate in the growth and future development of the firm. - Work with a team which has a well established case load and strong reputation with clients. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this corporate solicitor vacancy, you will have: - NQ - 5 years' PQE. - A good hands on corporate experience. - Excellent client facing skills. - A strong academic background. - Strong negotiation skills. - A keen interest on business development.
