The Role As a corporate lawyer in this team you would: - Work on a varied caseload including : M&A , JVs, restructures, private equity and venture capital. - Work with a Tier 1 firm. - Work with a friendly independent law firm which is thriving. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have: - A minimum 8 years' PQE in Corporate law. - The ability to handle a busy caseload. - A genuine interest in business development. - The ability to negotiate. - Strong IT skills.
