The Role As a Corporate Senior Associate, you would: - Work with a dynamic market leading team dealing with exceptionally high quality work. - Run and manage files and delegating to and supervise trainees, junior lawyers and Paralegals when appropriate. - Advise on a wide range of business and share sales/ purchases, venture capitalist, private equity, joint ventures, share schemes, MBOs and reorganisations. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have: - A minimum of 5 years' PQE. - A strong academic background. - An interest in and aptitude for business development. - A good teamwork ethic.
