Procurement We are working on a new procurement role in Manchester with a highly respected national firm. This is an Associate level position to sit within the Technology & IP team, advising public sector clients on a range of technology and telecommunications projects. The role will involve working on complex, high value and wide ranging technology and telecommunications procurement matters. These procurements will vary for example from framework agreements to joint ventures, software purchases, digital transformation projects, cloud migration and outsourcing. This is a national team and you will work with experts with a track record of advising and leading high value technology and telecommunications transactions and procurements in the public sector. For this reason, previous experience of working with public sector clients on high value procurements is essential, but the role may also entail advising private sector clients from time to time on their engagement with the public sector. If you have experience in procurement matters gained within a within a boutique or national law firm, or relevant in house legal team, and are looking to move to a high performing national team, this is an excellent opportunity. This role can offer complex work and an opportunity to take a direct lead with clients and be fully involved in business development initiatives as part of the wider team.
