Residential Conveyancer - Cheshire - Traditional firm open to flexible remote working The Firm: -Well established, friendly team -Offering a wide range of services from property to employment law -Experienced team offering support and progression The Role: -You will be handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion -The caseload is varied and you will be exposed to good quality work including: * Sales and purchases * Re-mortgages * Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold * Newbuilds * Transfers of Equity Requirements: -You will have experience of independently handling a varied residential caseload -Team player -Good work ethic -Excellent communication and ability to build long lasting relationships Benefits: -Chance to work within a forward thinking and agile law firm -9-5 with flexible hours and home working on offer, happy to consider mostly remote with check ins for completions, meetings etc -Training and support from a fantastic team with years' experience in residential property -Competitive salary plus significant bonus BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
